Description
The SaaS company used to provide a routing service to
delivery and e-commerce operators. However, the routes
using heuristic models did not leave any scope for real-time
changes to traffic, weather and driver behaviour. As such, an
ML model was required for the route to self-correct in real
time to improve the satisfaction of the operators clients.
